January 13, 2025 Board Meeting
The January 13, 2025 Board meeting will be held at The Rancho located at 6400 Bixby Hill Road, Long Beach, CA 90815. General Session (owner's welcome!!) will begin at 6:30 pm.
February 3, 2025 - Reconvened Annual Meeting Results
The undersigned, the duly appointed Inspector of Elections at the Reconvened Annual Membership Meeting for a vote to elect FOUR (4) members to the board of directors for: Bixby Hill Community Association held February 3, 2025 at The Rancho (“Meeting”), does hereby report as follows:
1. All members of the association are entitled to vote at the Meeting.
2. Quorum was confirmed and it was announced that quorum was achieved by receiving 153 full vote ballots and 30 quarter (Garden) vote ballots representing a total of 160.5 votes.
3. Of the ballots received, no ballots were voided however one of the Garden envelopes did not contain a ballot.
4. The following is the tally of the votes cast: Candidate Name Votes Received

* = elected to the board of directors to a three-year term
** = these members were elected to the board of directors to fill the remaining terms of vacant seats In the event the vacant seats do not have the same time remaining on their terms. IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604 passed with 138.25 ballots voting FOR, 3 voting AGAINST, and 19 casting no vote
