About Us

A Unique Community

Bixby Hill is an affluent gated community located in the beach community of Long Beach, California, home to Rancho Los Alamitos. The 24-hour guard gated community features large one to two-story single-family homes. It is ideally located within walking distance of the Carpenter Performing Arts Center and The Pyramid and minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment.


The historic rancho site now serves as a living museum. Bixby Hill residents are among those Long Beach residents who enjoy the occasional special offerings and programs of the historic rancho.


Bixby Hill residents enjoy an active social committee that brings neighbors together through special community events.
