The board meets the second Monday of every month. The meeting times and locations are published on the upcoming agenda, distributed by email from management, and posted on the guardhouse and website. Homeowners must obtain approval from the Architectural Committee for any remodeling that affects the home's outside appearance, color (even when using the same color), roof, or landscaping before beginning any exterior work. When completing the application include images of samples, material specifications, manufacturer, color descriptions, paint brand and name/number, etc.
Failure to adequately provide clear details and specifications can delay application review. Add additional pages if needed.
Complete applications will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Incomplete applications will be returned.
Work hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Therefore, no vendor/contractor work is permitted on your home or property before 7:30 AM or 5:30 PM Monday through Saturday, Sundays, or holidays. This allows neighbors to enjoy holidays noise-free and the streets without work vehicles. Please schedule work at or around your home accordingly. Exceptions can be made in EMERGENCY situations.
Weekly on Tuesday by the City of Long Beach. Trash cans and recycle bins should not be placed on the street earlier than 3 PM on the afternoon preceding the day of pick up. Empty trash cans and recycle bins must be stored where they are not visible from the street.
